業を煮やした兄が弟に言った、「おい、やるぞ。」 弟は答えた、「言われるまでもないぜ、、。」 何度でも再生する不死身の殺戮者さえも踏み倒し、 全てを溶かし尽くす灼熱の溶鉱炉から蘇る地獄のtwins。 2005年末に解散したPENPALSの上条欽也と上条盛也の二人組が、飾るものはない最小限の音で最高の親和感を表現する。 Loco Holidays、Starwagon、Penpals。そのサウンドの中心を作り出してきた双子が新たに奏でる音は、過去の経験の全ての要素を一度溶鉱炉にぶち込み、「また会おうぜ、ベイビー」の言葉通 りに再生、いや、新たに構築されつつも微妙にターミネートされたミュージックである。 しかし、一番最初に創られた曲に於いて「ロックはいいや、もう、、。」と謳っているように、所謂ロック、ロック云々、等などを語る事にほとほとうんざりしているようで、音も歌詞も言ってみれば則天去私である。とはいえ、紆余曲折を経ても、結局のところこの二人のギター＆ドラムが創り出すものは永劫回帰、ロックというフォーマットになってしまう、もしくはそれしかできないのかもしれないが、そこがまさに則天去私である。兎に角、この二人の過去を知る者は必聴、知らない者でも不思議とノスタルジックな気分になる音を一度ご賞味頂きたいものである。 A duo of Kinya Kamijo and Moriya Kamijo of PENPALS dissolved at the end of 2005. The thing which they display expresses a feeling of best affinity by a few minimum sound. Loco Holidays, Starwagon, Penpals. The twins who created the center of the sound play it newly. I throw all elements of past experience into the blast furnace once, and the sound is played according to the words called "Hasta La Vista ,baby!". And it is the music which was delicately destroyed while it is built newly. However, they sing with "we not gonna rock anymore" in the music that they made first. It seems to quite get tired of telling it by words about rock. And both the sound and the text are Modeling oneself after Heaven and departure from the self. However, they passed through the twists and turns. And the thing which their guitar & drum creates becomes the constancy recurrence rock format. Or they may have only it. There is right Modeling oneself after Heaven and departure from the self. Anyway, the person knowing these two pasts must hear this sound. In addition, please appreciate the sound that the person who does not know them feels nostalgic strangely.
